Leonid PolupanCEO
Leonid joined Seeton on December 1, 2025.
He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and an Executive MBA from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
Starting in 2018, he worked for Microsoft, initially leading Enterprise Sales for the Black Sea region and later overseeing enterprise business across 24 markets in Central and Eastern Europe. In December 2022, he became Country Manager for Microsoft Ukraine and later expanded his responsibilities to the Baltics; during this period, he led national-scale cloud-adoption, AI, cybersecurity and digital-resilience projects.
Leonid brings extensive experience in global market leadership and strong background in managing large-scale technology organizations and driving transformation across international markets.
Oleksandr MokrovolskyChief Commercial Officer
Has been working at Seeton since January 4, 2022. Appointed Commercial Director on 03/15/25.
He has 20 years of experience in commercial activities, and since 2011 he has held management positions in local system integrators.
Graduated from Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law (Master's degree in Economics and Management). Trained in the Chief Digital Transformation Officer program at GOV UA Club.
Currently studying for a postgraduate degree in Finance and Banking.
Oleksandr is a three-time Ukrainian rugby champion, a master of sports in rugby, and a candidate for master of sports in judo.
Natalia DoroninaHuman Resources Director
Natalia has over 20 years of experience in HR Management and Organizational Development in various business areas, including manufacturing, technology business solutions, engineering and consulting, telecommunications. She worked at Kraft Foods Ukraine (Mondelez), Siemens Ukraine, Air Liquide Ukraine, Tebodin Eastern Europe B.V., lifecell.
She has wide experience in successful implementation of HR projects, including development and implementation of Personnel Assessment and Performance Management systems, job grading, motivation and Talent Development programs, Successtion Planning, development and implementation of Competency Models, Corporate Culture transformation, effective team development, etc.
Natalia graduated from Poltava University of Economics and Trade with a degree in "Economics and Management".
Oleksandr HnydiukChief Technical Officer
Has extensive experience in implementing network and IPTV/OTT projects, particularly in broadband technologies such as DOCSIS, GPON, FWA, and LTE.
From 2019 to 2024, he was Digicel's CTO for Fixed Services Caribbean and LATAM, where he was responsible for deploying GPON networks across all Digicel CALA countries and implementing state-of-the-art IPTV and OTT solution ecosystems across 22 countries. His team successfully migrated hundreds of thousands of set-top boxes to the new platform without impacting customers.
In 2012-2019, Oleksandr worked as the Technical Director of Volya, where, together with his team, he modernized transport networks and launched new OTT and Hybrid DVB-C services, which increased customer satisfaction and increased their number.
Previously, in 2010-2012, he worked as the Technical Director of Ukrainian Innovative Technologies, where he deployed a FWA Wimax 16e network (200+ base stations) in Kyiv.
Alexander has also held technical positions at companies such as GMSU and Golden Telecom.
In his free time, he enjoys reading and running.
Antonina MavrodiyChief Financial Officer
Antonina is a senior finance executive with nearly two decades of international experience in strategic financial management and business transformation. She has successfully led finance functions through periods of growth and restructuring, establishing effective financial systems, controls, and performance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Her expertise covers group finance, ERP implementation, investment analysis, and cross-border operations.
As CFO, Antonina focuses on building resilient financial infrastructure that supports sustainable business development and operational excellence.
Since 2010, he has been a certified member of ACCA and has a Master's degree in Economics, obtained from EERC at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
