SEETON ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF NEW CEO

Seeton, a leading systems integrator with more than 20 years of expertise in delivering advanced IT practices in Ukraine and Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leonid Polupan as Chief Executive Officer, effective since     December 1, 2025.

We believe this is the right moment to harness our team’s momentum and Seeton’s strong reputation to drive meaningful impact in Ukraine and beyond.”

The Supervisory Board of Seeton selected Leonid following a comprehensive global search. In his new role, Leonid will lead Seeton’s strategic development across core growth horizons including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud transformation and international expansion.

Leonid Polupan – Profile

Leonid Polupan holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and an Executive MBA from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. He joined Microsoft in 2018, initially leading Enterprise Sales for the Black Sea region and later overseeing enterprise business across 24 markets in Central and Eastern Europe. In December 2022, he became Country Manager for Microsoft Ukraine, subsequently expanding his remit to the Baltics and focusing on national-scale projects in cloud adoption, AI, cybersecurity and digital resilience.

His experience includes global market leadership, strategic transformation and the development of complex technology partnerships. This background positions him well to lead Seeton into its next phase of growth in Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
