The management and employees of Seeton express their sincere and boundless gratitude to all those who are defending our country in these difficult times, in the war that the Russian Federation has unleashed against the Ukrainian people! We understand that inaction is unacceptable in this war and today in Ukraine everyone has their own front!
We cannot stand aside from the events in our country and must support each other and be examples for others. That is why we would like to share the steps our company has taken during the 29 days of war:
- Seeton has retained all of its jobs since the beginning of the war, and moreover, we continue to strengthen our team;
- Seeton pays salaries on time and has implemented the planned salary increases for most of its employees this year;
- Seeton continues to fulfil its obligations in good faith. We are there every day, where our customers need us;
- Seeton, together with distributors and partners, establishes logistics chains to eliminate the risk of supply delays;
- Seeton is working to provide bulletproof vests and helmets to our colleagues who are already serving in the Armed Forces or have joined the TRO units;
- Seeton has purchased and in the coming days will provide laptops for one of the units of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine worth over UAH 300,000 for the performance of official tasks;
- We continue to train, obtain certifications and maintain partnerships with key vendors;
- We found an opportunity to set up a temporary regional office in Lviv and provide remote work for our employees for safer working conditions;
- Every working day, we have a joint call with the entire management team and separate calls with the heads of their structural units. In addition to current work issues, we discuss the most important issues for us: "Is everyone safe?" and "Does anyone need help?"
- We support all the volunteer initiatives of our employees and are very grateful to all the partners who join in and help us!
